Where it all started

( Me and my Love )

My name is Samantha Eden Hill. I was born and raised (mostly) in Delight AR. I was an only child until the age of ten when my parents decided that a divorce was their only chance at happiness. I never thought they would get around to getting it over with. Needless to say, I was very happy when they decided to part ways! Their marriage was one I would never wish apon someone. It was physically and mentally abusive to all three of us. After my parents parted, My mom met a guy and over the course of eight years had three stuningly beautiful children! When I say beautiful I mean they should all be in magazines! Their personalities match their looks too! They are the happiest, most humble, appreciative, and well behaved children ever.
Anyways, I ended up moving around a lot and back and forth between my parents. I have made a lot of friends at a lot of schools. It never bothered me moving. I am a person for change!

Some things that I love doing is playing the guitar, writing music, singing/performing. I love sports and being outside. I enjoy nature and camping, fishing, hunting and anything else that involves soaing up some sunshine. I guess you could say I am a Southern Bell because I like to do all of that but I also enjoy dressing up and being girly at the same time.

I Love the Lord and although I fail everyday I know who my savior is and I pray everyday that he gives me strength and keeps my faith strong. I am no saint by no means but I try to stay on the right path. After graduating high school at Prescott High where I met a wonderful guy named J.L. who I have now been with for a little over three years!

( My two best friends from High School Evan and Colton)

I then went to college at Southern Arkansas University for a year. I LOVED it!

 Our dorm door :)
I wish I knew plenty of people there and I would go back! It was my favorite  time in my life. Who wouldnt love looking out their dorm window and seeing cattle? It was so peaceful and my kind of lifestyle! SAU didnt offer J.L.'s major (parks and rec degree) and my roomate ended up dropping out even though she is suuuppper smart (she had to keep a rediculous gpa in order to keep her scholorships) I ended up going to Henderson State University so I could be closer to the ones I love. I will say Henderson is way different and way harder.I am majoring in Early childhood. I knew it was for me because I helped my mom raise my three little sisters. I am great with kids and enjoy being around them! It really takes a lot of patience to be an elementary teacher just because they have to deal with a lot more stress than teachers who teach kids that are older. I feel that I have a lot of patience and I will understand my students that have trouble because I too learn a little slower than others when it comes to certain subjects I am very excited to be a teacher one day and be around kids every day.
